  • Restocking Fee: £0 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
  • Return Shipping Costs: The costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect goods (see below).

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In the event of a defect, damage, or an incorrect delivery due to our fault, Grant London will bear the full costs of the return shipment.

Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
